Our Rock & Pop syllabus includes a wide range of different musical styles, ranging from rock right the way through to boogie-woogie. To help musicians learn more about these styles, we’re launching a series of monthly blog posts on our Rock & Pop Blog!
These blog posts are designed to help musicians prepare for the Improvising Session Skill and each will include a little bit of background on the style and its most renowned artists, along with advice on how musicians can improvise within that style in their Rock & Pop exam.
